Below is a list of the primary therapies I use, but it is not an exhaustive list.

5 Tips for CBT Success
CBT for Core Beliefs: A CBT treatment that involves examining, challenging, and changing unhelpful core beliefs or schemas that usually start in childhood. Useful for long-term personality patterns, habits, and beliefs.
Exposure Therapy: Treatment for phobias, anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD that involves gradually exposing you to what you fear and not avoiding or using a compulsion to escape from the situation.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Focuses on accepting the present and committing to improving your life at the same time. Includes mindfulness. It also involves identifying your values and goals and living according to your values.
