Assessments and WSIB

During the first therapy session, I will ask you questions about what has been going on in your life and how you have been feeling. I might also give you some questionnaires to complete during or after the session. From this information I can determine if a diagnosis is appropriate and make treatment recommendations.

*Dr. Bovell is not taking new WSIB clients at this time. If you have an approved Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claim, I can provide a diagnostic assessment and complete any forms required for your claim. I can also provide treatment if WSIB has approved treatment for your claim. If you plan to submit a claim to WSIB, we can discuss your claim during a session, and I can complete any required forms.

Intellectual, cognitive, and court-ordered assessments are not available.
